Refund policy
The items you are returning must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your tracking info. If you try to return an item after the 14-day time frame, we will not accept it and you must pay the shipping for retuning the Item(s) to you.
If you decide to return an item(s) you purchased they must be returned in new condition. Which means the tags MUST be attached and the items must all be unwashed, unworn, smoke free, pet hair free, makeup free, deodorant free and perfume/cologne free.
If you decide to return an item(s), that shipping cost is on you.
If you are returning shoes, they must be put back in the original packaging/box and placed in another box or shipping bag with the return label on it. Please do not ship them back in their shoe box.
Sale items that have been marked down from original cost are not eligible for returns or exchanges. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
We only offer store credit on returns. We do not offer refunds on purchases. Your store credit will be emailed to you in a gift card.
